Tom, with the bent leg hip flexor stretch I have to take a minute for my quads to relax before I get to my hip flexors, normal, right? Thank you for your fantastic videos! What a blessing you are! So grateful to have found you!

It’s so important to be stretching properly. I’ve been doing yoga as apart of my training for years and I can always see people with bad posture.

Really like the run through videos. 20-30 mins one focusing on lower body would be good. Then possibly one about engagement of certain muscle group for work out, such as glutes and hamstrt

Stretches to improve foot plantar flexion and general tightness of the top of the foot and ankle would be appreciated. There are many videos out there about improving dorsiflexion but few about plantar flexion, yet inability to extend the foot in this way makes many other stretches (such as your preferred hip flexor stretch in this video) impossible. My ultimate goal is to be able to sit comfortably on my knees Japanese-style, but my tight feet won't let me.

Also, stretches to fix "duck feet" (aka excessive external rotation of the feet/legs).

I truly appreciate all your videos, just a request can you do a video for neck stretching and proper calf muscle stretching. I'm an ultra marathon runner and I suffer from calfs 50km into my runs. I would really appreciate any tips.
