I don't have a lot of the things you discussed, and am using Outlook 365, but must be a different version. I was able to follow along for the most part. Your voice is nice, clear, and easy to follow.

I only have access to my calendar (we are very small, just myself, and another colleague, and the owner). They don't utilize their calendars, so I can't add theirs to mine, moot point. But I go into my calendar and add things, like when they have a meeting, or when they have vacation, etc. Is there a way to color code meetings or all day events or week long vacations, etc. for each of them? I have my calendar currently in pink, so I'd use other colors for them. I've done this before at other companies, but I don't think we were using the 365 version. TYIA.

Performance Tip:-- If your Outlook Calendar is slow to load when you switch from Outlook mail, try this. Remove the weather display by changing the settings using these menu options in order File > Options > Calendar scroll down to the 'Weather' section and uncheck the 'Show weather on Calendar' box then click OK. You should find that calendar refreshing becomes faster. It worked for me anyway. ;)

i work in india for a Uk based company when i have to schedule meeting with them according to their time how will i be able to see both india and uk time zone in same calendar column

I'm looking for a way to create a group calendar... So, individuals don't have to share their personal calendars - but rather there would be a group calendar with a separate name - that people could simply put their out of office time slots on it. It seems like that exists but I'm not finding a way to do it... Thanks!

Is it possible to export data from a calendar shared with you to a word or excel doc

It would be helpful if you didnt go through the content so quickly. I've had to rewind so many times, even when watching at .75 speed.
