Today I am sharing with you my delicious Vegan, Oil-Free, Low Fat cheese sauce with a twist. Oh yeah, the best just got better (well it's the best to me LOL). It's now even lower in fat and calories WITHOUT having to use white beans. Oh yeah, this. is awesome and you're going to want to make sure you watch to the end because I'm sharing one of my favorite Vegan, Plant-based EASY meals where I use the low-fat, oil-free cheese sauce. SO get ready and enjoy!

1/2 C raw cashew - 31g fat, 393 calories
1/2 C pb2 powder - 10g fat, 240 calories

Just here to say I went to purchase the cashew powder on amazon, and it recommended the potato flakes as the first “frequently bought together” item 😁 sounds like a winning recipe! Can’t wait to try!!

I listened through about 3 times did I miss it somewhere the amount of 🥔 flakes? If that was the same measure cup, it looked like 1/2 cup but couldn’t see if it was full.

Thank you ! This taste incredible! I added roasted red peppers & a lil liquid smoke. I got the idea from Jill Mckeevers channel from her cheese recipe & for me this was perfect & the most cheese like sauce yet ! ☺️❤️

TIA!!! This is SOOO I just made my first batch today. I cannot believe how good it is. No, it doesn't taste like (greasy, gloopy) melted cheddar, but that is a good thing. It DOES very closely resemble Kraft mac n cheese cheese sauce, only better!! I could go on and on about how delicious and umami and "light" this tastes!! It is going over gently boiled potato half moon slices tonight for a faux gratin potato dish!!! Thank

I had recently purchased your new 10 min or Less recipes and sauces books and thought potato flakes was a game changer but pairing with the cashew powder is brilliant. I am struggling lately to stay compliant with eating whole plant based (I'm always vegan but if work is kicking my butt as it is now, I need simple recipes or it's back to process vegan eats). Thank you for making this less complicated than it needs to be!

Ok Tia I just made your original cashew cheese sauce. Made a few substitutions but the base is your recipe. So...Omg. I will never go back to eating real cheese. The consistency is perfect. The flavor even better. Made nachos. Yum! I'm eating mostly vegan foods now. It was hard to stop eating. I made 1 b4 that I hated so I gave yours a try. So thrilled that I did. Total game changer for me. Thanks 🤤

Really appreciate the rice recipe as well. So many times I find I make up a batch of cheez sauce and it’s too much so I end up being very tempted to eat store bought tortilla chips with it. So defeating. I have to plan better so I have healthy recipes to incorporate the whole batch of sauce.
