Today I am sharing with you some of my MUST HAVE sauces, or salad dressings for health and weight loss. These sauces are vegan, whole food plant based, oil and gluten free and did I mention they are delicious. I put these on anything and everything and yes, I used them during my 50 lBS weight loss. Something to remember though is that when trying to lose weight, use the sauces sparingly...so don't use half the jar LOL. Each recipe makes about 3-4 servings. I hope you enjoy!

Sesame Miso:
1 TBSP Tahini
2/3 White Beans
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
2 TBSP White Miso Paste
1 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce/ Tamari
1 TBSP Sesame Seeds
1/3 C Rice Vinegar

Green Goddess:
1 Garlic Clove
1 C avocado
5 TBSP ACV
3 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/2 C Basil
1/2 C Parsley
1/2 C Green Onion
1 tsp salt

Southwest Dressing:
1/2 C Cashews
1 TBSP Tahini
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Onion Powder
2 TSP ACV
1/2 TSP Maple Syrup
1 TSP Smoked Paprika
1 TSP Salt
3/4 C Water

I hope you enjoy these yummy vegan oil free sauces, salad dressings. These are delicious over anything and I used these while losing weight and while maintaining my weight. Just make sure if you are looking to shed some weight, eat them sparingly.

I made the southwest dressing/sauce today, changing just a few things. I used lemon juice as well as ACV, no maple syrup and no onion powder. I ate it over chopped raw yellow peppers, tomatoes and arugola, with oat pasta. I was delicious. Too delicious. Now I'm thinking of how good it would be with sauteed mushrooms and onions on pasta or potatoes. On potatoes alone. On a green salad. Thank you, this is a keeper!

Made the Southwestern with molasses for maple syrup, white vinegar for apple cider vinegar and paprika with a dash of liquid smoke because I didn’t have all the ingredients as listed. STILL Soooo tasty!
Used it on my sandwich Yum 😋 Thank you!

I'm glad I found you. I was plant based before 2020 and lost 68 pounds then the clownshow hit and I couldn't get healthy options so here I am doing it again and juicing. 5 pounds down in 7 days so far.💥💯
