Oil-Free, Soy-Free & Nut-Free Options + ALL WFPB & Vegan! 🥗 These dressings are so easy to make and sooo delicious! Not only are they perfect for your salads & power bowls, but they'd even make a great dip for any veggies as well as for crispy oil-free potato wedges! Hope you guys enjoy!

🔺What to watch next!

321 Dressing (I suggest doubling it!)
3 TBL vinegar (I usually use balsamic or red wine vinegar)
2 TBL mustard (any variety!)
1 TBL maple syrup

Cauliflower Ranch Dressing
1 cup (packed) steamed cauliflower*
1/4 cup cashews
1 cup water
1/2 TBL apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1-2 TBL fresh chives, chopped finely (add these after blending the other ingredients)
*You could also sub the 1 cup cauliflower & 1/4 cup cashews for:
- 1 cup cashews only
- 1/2 cup cashews + 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1 cup white kidney beans

Peanut Lime Dressing (this written recipe is doubled already)
6-8 TBL powdered PB2 (or sub with 1/3 cup peanut butter & use just enough water to thin)
2 TBL Tamari (or soy sauce)
2 TBL maple syrup
4 TBL water
Juice from 1 lime
Optional: add grated ginger or minced garlic

Corn Basil Dressing
1 cup corn (thawed if using frozen)
1/2 cup packed basil
1/2 cup water
1 clove garlic
1 TBL lemon juice
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cashew Cream
1 cup cashews
1 cup water
Pinch of salt
Optional add-ins*: 1-2 TBL hot sauce, 1 TBL nutritional yeast, 1 clove garlic (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder), 1/2 roasted red pepper, handful of basil, etc.
*I like to combine a few of these together each time. If you're uncertain about combining different flavors, start by adding them 1 by 1 until you get a combination you like.

Random idea for those who know they should be eating mushrooms but who just don't like them, one of those little cans dumped into the blender of dressing gives you your serving while disappearing into the dressing with out much trace

Nice video -- these are great options. The 3-2-1 recipe sounds like a good one where most folks already have those ingredients in their cupboards. No blender needed either!

Hey Maddie! I always enjoy your updates. I wanted to share a tip from a previous video around cleaning your coffee grinder. You simply put a tablespoon of quick oats inside and grind. It cleans it out completely.

Just made the corn dressing too. I didn't have basil, so I used fresh cilantro. I used unsalted canned corn and used the juice from the can too. Excellent!

I'm going to try these - I haven't mastered salad dressings at all. I love seeing that I'm not the only one that repurposes my glass jars. I use the glass salad bottles from grocery store dressing when I'm feeling fancy, which isn't often lol. I'm not knocking cashews, I could live on them, but I find tofu usually does a good sub if you don't have cashews or want the calories/fat. Thanks! PS I make a similar peanut dressing but add sriracha or hot sauce to it for an extra kick.

Dressing salad, i used long bean, young mango, ripe mango just lemon or lime as a dressing too, that is my salad dressing, lastly fresh peanut or ground or young coconut or old coconut, thank you
