3 LOW FAT VEGAN SAUCES THAT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND💥 (Oil/Gluten Free)

Wow these are good! A few of you asked me for some lower fat dressing options after my last sauce video... so here you go! These are super easy to make with minimal ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen or pantry.

RECIPES
Ginger Miso Dressing:
1.5 tbsp Miso paste (I use the Genmai miso brand)
4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 pitted medjool date
a large 1-2" piece of ginger (approx. 10 grams)
1.5 - 2 tbsp tsp rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
blend everything together and serve!
"Honey" Mustard (Sweet Dijon) Dressing:
3 pitted medjool dates
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
blend everything together and serve!
Blueberry Lemon Dressing:
1 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
1 pitted medjool date
juice of 1 whole lemon
zest of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup water
pinch of salt
1/3 tsp cardamom
blend everything together and serve!
