Six Pack Abs Workout is designed on the basis of "8 minutes Abs" workout, which follows the principle of aerobics. In fact, you'll see that between one exercise and the other there is no recovery time. This training method completely stimulates the rectus abdominis.
Thanks to this type of practice and to the conformation of the muscle, you'll get excellent results by increasing the repetitions or decreasing the recovery time between sets carried out.
The results will come if and only if it the first fitness rule is respected: "you must give your muscle the time to recover."
Precisely for this reason we invite you to comply with the suggested timing at the beginning of the video.
If the training is too easy for you, you should run it twice in a row in the same training session without waiting for a full day of recovery.

I remember doing this in middle school within a month I did notice incredible results but I stopped and now I need to start again!

I have a 6 pack and I was able to get it within 4 weeks by only doing about half of these exercises.. it helped that I was slightly underweight and trying to bulk up. But I think anyone who actually does these work outs on a daily basis  will start to see results very quickly. most likely within 3 weeks or so. This actually works folks.

Do this 2-3 times every night before bed, drink lots of water, diet.
Results are noticeable in 3 weeks.

I'm 6'0", when I started I was about 210 with a lot of belly fat.  3 weeks complete so far, I'm around 192lbs, stomach way down. I'm not all the way through but way stronger.  At the beginning was only able to complete half of each exercise aside from the first one. Now I'm able to complete all with out pausing except for crunch elbow towards abs, but I'm able to do more than recommended.  I will conquer that soon as well.  It works if you work it.

After 2 two weeks I got the shape around my stomach (can definitely feel a six pack slowly popping out), looking forward to the next two weeks!

i do it maybe 3 Months
level 1 and 2
and my progrem has loss fat, from 25 bf to 15 bf
great progress
!!!! and i gain muscles on my abs
and first time on my life i see my abs
i dont recomended for mass season (gain musacle) you got Pregnant woman stomach

I couldn't handle it when it came to this exercise at 4:08, I did just 15 insted of 30, it was too hard.

Edit: Day 3, I managed to do all of them.

Edit: It's been two weeks and nothing happened so far, and It's still really hard for me. Oh well, I hope it gets better in the 3rd week.

Why is this called Level 1? Is there a Level 2 cuz I can't find it.. and I pretty much want a Level 2 to this series. Thanks

It's possible only if you have a strong Abs and strong lower back..this workout it's not for beginner ;-)

I can't even hold my legs in those positions let alone actually do the full range of motions

Week 2 and i already see and feel results..i mean, i'm half way there, just gotta keep it going, i'm sure i will be happy and satisfied of myself, and u should be 2 ! Just stay motivaded and positive, do exercises proparly and u will see the results

I have been doing a couple of these videos morning and night and the results have been awesome. Took me about 3-4 weeks to get use to the videos but now 1hour is a piece of cake and starting to feel great in what I wear.
