This might be the hardest practice I’ve ever done. I have no problem with your intermediate flow class, but 15 min of focused breathing and yin poses is so hard! I’m unable to hold the pose for that long without getting aching. I think I’m at my edge too long or too far past it! And of course my mind wanders! Ha. Thank you for showing me what I need to work on! 😘

This was amazing ❤ since my second pregnancy I've got problems with my right hip. They told me it would pass after the baby would be born, but it didn't. Everyday I feel pain, and this simple but very powerful routine gave me so much relief! What a blessing! No pain! 🙏I will make it part of my daily life. Hi, I am highly suffering physically due to depression recovery and I like your videos a lot. I’m looking for more of that type of yoga style that leaves you with a sensation of « being drugged » at the end as i’ve noticed their extremely healing effect compared to other yoga sessions. Is this what Yin yoga is?
Or do you know what reference I should use to find more of those videos?

This is great, Sarah! I already do the 25 minute hips slow stretch three times a week, which I've been doing for two months now, and I'm seeing results. I'll now be adding this workout to my weekly routine.
