THE WORKOUT:

4 SETS: Sumo Deadlifts of 10, 8, 6 then 5 reps
With each set... your weight goes up but your reps will go down

3 SETS OF 12: Deficit Barbell RDL
Take out the deficit or swap the barbell for dumbbells as a modification

4 SETS OF 5: Pause Hip Thrusts with a 3 second hold

3 SETS OF 5: Bulgarian Split Squat to Single Leg RDL (both movements being 1 rep)
Separate out the 2 exercises for a modification

2-3 SETS OF 12: Single Leg Landmine Hip Thrusts
Swap the landmine for a dumbbell as a modification

I always wondered why I could feel my RDLS in my lower back, I even was upset because my form was good and my back was straight, so I came up with the conclusion. My weights even tho they weigh the same, they are way smaller, small enough to where the back has to arch to actually pick the barbell up. So, if you feel the pain in your lower back maybe it has something to do with the idea I had said.
