Welcome to Level 1 of the Butt & Legs Workout! This 6-Minute video training has been designed to work your lower body muscles, specifically:

Squats - will work your quadriceps and glutes
Side Leg Raises - will work mainly your adductors
Donkey Kicks - will work your glutes and hamstrings
Reverse Lunges - will work your quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes

1. 15 squats
2. 12 squats
3. 20 donkey kicks
4. 16 side leg raises
5. 20 reverse lunges
6. 15 squats

I have been doing this for.2weeks now and have started seeing result in my tights and butt..thou haven't start seeing result in my hips...but i will do it for 1month. And see how it will look...thank u roberta

I was so fat before then until i saw ur channel and start doing it until i get slimmer but i stopped bcuz of school and now im back and still slim bcz of ur channel. Thank u sm!!
