Not sure if anyone is here anymore but I'm on day 2 of my "health journey" and I did this video as my workout. This was definitely a challenge. I am a bit overweight, recovering from an ankle injury. I could only get about 20 mins in (with a 5 mins break at the 12 mins mark) before I had to stop completely. I do plan on finishing the last 11 mins tonight and then doing this workout again sometime next week! I'll keep doing it until I can finish it!

I have lost 24 lbs in 6 months doing mostly combinations of fitness blender cardio workouts. So glad to see that there are strength training workouts with weights, as now that I've shed the pounds I really need to tone up. Thanks!

If you're a FB veteran, don't shy away from this one due to the length of the workout. It's a killer if you really focus and select the right weight for yourself. The last round, with the weighted bridges and kneeling leg raises, really sneaks up on you after the former rounds.

25lbs in both hands and I can happily say that it's not that challenging anymore! I have very twig-like legs so I'm glad they're getting stronger. Time to invest in some heavier weights :)

I havent tried this one yet. BUT even while watching it now I can say that I reaaaally like those exercises that you creatively keep coming with in every new video. This is inovative and awesome butt combo. I think this is going to be my new favourite workout. Thank you. Also I have been through myriad (literally) yt workout channels and Kelli's body is one gf the rarest of its kind. PROPERLY toned and healthy. Many of the yt "trainers" are mostly skinny and their muscles can be seen thanks to the low body fat (some of them cannot even do a full push up) but the strong dense muscle mass is a rare sight. Just amazing, Kelli. You are such an inspiration.

I've been doing another booty/thigh routine by FB and today I came across this one...WoW, my legs were shaking and my butt was on fire!! Did I mention that I was drowning in my own sweat! So worth it! I absolutely love this workout! A big thanks to FB!

Very very good workout routine! I'm getting very good at completing jump squat intervals without quitting and I can definitely see and feel my thighs and calves getting stronger. Thank you Fitness Blender!
