Plantar fasciitis is a common condition characterized by sharp, stabbing pain in the heel, often worst in the morning or after periods of inactivity. It occurs due to inflammation of the plantar fascia, the thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot, connecting the heel bone to the toes. Massage therapy can be highly beneficial for clients with plantar fasciitis by helping to break down adhesions and scar tissue, improve circulation, and reduce tension in the surrounding muscles. Deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release techniques can alleviate pain, enhance flexibility, and promote healing. Regular massage can accelerate recovery and provide long-term relief by addressing the root causes of discomfort.

Atleast this is a start. I have to self massage BUT you have provided so much information, I believe I can figure out the best way to achieve something similar...I have YEARS to undo. Fascia is interesting too! I can't believe the difference it has already made in the last two weeks of applying "effort". TY

I had plantar fasciitis some years ago. I massaged Frankensence oil onto my feet twice a day. Took about six months, but it eventually went away.

Wow amazing massage. This works really great. I used this massage on my own sprained ankle and overstretched ankle tendense, and as I had it up for a week and not used it, had great results- no painful movement after that. Great massage.
Thank u so much🙏

I really enjoyed learning all of that. Another idea for rolling: using an 8oz can of frozen tomato paste. It is the perfect size for feet!
However, I worry about the cold making the tissues less flexible and creating more microtears if one stretches after cold rolling. Any thoughts about that?
