I had bad plantar fasciitis but got tired of doing every possible thing… just started walking barefoot on the grass in my garden and for the last six months it’s gone… if because of bad fitting shoes when the pain comes back… I simply do earthing again…and I feel fine… do try it…but it is not a one day consistent and you'll be rid of this problem once and for all

Been rolling my left foot for a while as I started developing this problem. Not sure how it started but its a combination of poor squat technique and lack of bloodflow in my foot. These stretches work alot for me! I just did my first round of stretching which took about 10 minutes and most of the pain is gone. I’ll add this on my workout routine thank you!

Hamstrings and glutes. They may be tight or weak or both, but the problem is in the hips.

Trigger points in the calf muscles are often the cause of plantar fasciitis. Heel pain caused by trigger point on the lateral calf just below the knee. Arch pain is caused by trigger points that are located on the medial calf just below the knee and near the tibia. These points are extremely tender but will resolve quickly. The exercises here that stretch the calf muscles should only then be done.

Do you also need isolation exercise for that part?
I thought normal walking, running, and jumping already hit that part.
Nah, im not doing that, Im fine, that part of my body is strong and flexible.😊
