I commented here 2 years ago. I started at 364lbs at my worst. I’m now down to 264lbs and well on my way to my target of 210lbs. It’s tough but I’ll get there one day ❤

1. no gym
2. lose it, six pack promise (apps )
3. no soda, only water
4. oatmeal every morning
5. grilled chicken 2 for lunch 3 for dinner
grilled chicken w eggs & salsa
6. special k pastry crisps ( dessert )
7. fruitttt
8. 900-1200 calories a day ( NOT recommend consult w your dr )
9. chocolate almond milk/almond milk
10. saturday was cheat meal
11. tennis 2/3 hours, jogging 2/3 miles, push-ups 4-5 sets in total 100

My fiancé left me last month. I went from 160lbs to 200lbs in 2 years. I’m depressed and hate looking at myself but I promise myself and all of you reading this that I will achieve success and happiness.

-Apps: Lose It, Six Abs Promise, etc.


1. Cut out all sugary drinks & caffeine, focus on water
2. Oatmeal every morning
3. Grilled chicken (10:20)
4. Drink Almond Milk (15:52)
5. Had one cheat meal a week, helped control cravings
6. He played tennis, jogged, push ups, sit ups, used bands, etc.


-It is simple but it's not easy
-Still, anyone can do it

My man. You have no idea how much impact this had on me. I hated myself and how I was for 5 years at a peak of 130kg. That was 10 months ago. I think I left a comment before in all that time but can't find it to refer back.

Now I'm 80kg and maintaining. I do daily cardio, I do strength training 3 times a week, I learned to cook and know how to eat right, I have defined muscle and most importantly I enjoy my life and existence again. And you are the one who helped me get off my ass to get there because you're a normal guy like all of us who showed it was possible. Bless you man.
