I have pcod and thyroid (TSH=5.6)doctor told me to lose weight to conceive my weight was 68.6kg after follow diet watching all videos on YouTube in just 3 weeks my weight is 65kg now now my goal is 55kg please pray for me everyone 👍
I thought I never loose weight but after loosing some kg I got some confidence that I can do it .. i stop eating junk food oily food all meat items only vegetable, fruits, dry fruits, and pulses

Week 1 - 82.8 kg 💪- reasons - using public transport at the place of scooty . Around Walking 2 km for taking public transport and during classes . Replacing canteen junk with proper salad and fruit lunch and replace lift with stairs, drinking water + 30 min eve walk 🚶‍♀️. 26 April, hey, I am sorry I forgot about this comment. Currently, my weight is 80 kg 😍
And I am just following the previous schedule and 1 week roza, that's it . Hloo today 15 may my weight is 79 kg same routine with lots of water on 6 june right now 78 kg summer break is going on 10 k daily walk. Hlo on 26 June my weight is 77 kg same routine 10 k walk, no dinner after 7 pm, 50 wall push up thats it 🙃.
18 July my weight is 76 kg and my exercise routine is walking 5- 6 k steps daily that's it I don't have any time for exercise because I am a medical student and my Terminals is going on 🥲.
Right now, my weight is 69. The first time I am in my fit bmi . I am so happy 😊 ❤️

I was 75kgs, one day my stomach ached very bad for 2 days. I went for ultrasound and got to know I have gallstone and fatty liver. Doc told me that you are overweight and you are at risk of heart disease too. That day was my turning point. I decided to lose 20kgs. I started IF and completely eliminated simple carbs, oily & fried food, store bought and sugar from my diet. I gradually started noticing change in my weight. Now after 1.5 months I have been able to cut around 12kgs. Include walking 10k steps. If I can do it you can too. Stay positive ✨️ 😊

Good message! Thanks for sharing your story. I also lost 10 kgs and am still on my weight loss journey. You don't have to quit everything to lose weight. The key to weight loss is to eat right and portion control is also important.

Loved your attitude...the whole acceptance of yourself and the readiness to put in efforts once you realized you had to lose weight is what is required. Many women start feeling low and continue to revel in this sadness which results in depression. 3 things you said make complete sense

Dont set an unattainable target..start with baby steps and be consistent

Your story is really very inspiring. I also loose 12 kg weight in just 3 month without any heavy exercise. I started to take healthy meal without skip anything. Now I know that with good knowledge about our health and diet we can loose our weight easily.. Now I think it's so easy to weight loose.
