I use this eating schedule. I fast Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Fasting for 36-40 hrs with just electrolyte water has been a miracle for me. The results are crazy. I am almost 60 and I feel 30 again

Thanks for that, I've been doing IF for over 6 months now and lost lots of weight but this last 15 pounds just won't let go most of it is around the waist. I love to fast so I might give ADF a try to see if I can get rid of the last few pounds! Thank you 🙏🥩💪

Thanks mike. I’m currently doing OMAD and weight training 4 days a week (2 consecutive days and a rest day in between). Plan to transition to ADF and wanted to check if I can continue with weight training on fasting days?

Help me Mike. I've been doing ADF 36hrs fast 8 hrs eating. First 2 weeks lost 9 lbs, 3rd and 4th week no weight change. Im 30% body fat so still have a lot to lose. Please help losing my drive to continue.

When you watch these people who run fasting resorts they say the 1st day you burn sugar the 2nd day you are burning muscles and not until the third day you're burning fat...
