For those in a time crunch.

1. Wake up (at least 7hrs sleep to promote recovery)
2. Do not eat your breakfast earn it(have water when you wake up dont eat as soon as you wake up
3. Workout( directly workout and drink water)
4. 10000 steps(on treadmill or around neighborhood)
5. Push your first meal til 10 or 12 o'clock(Bigger faster window)

I love these videos that require your 7 & 8 hours mandatory sleep…I’ll try and explain that to my kids when they wake me up at 2, 4 and 6 in the morning.

Like the energy and attitude but this is a bit ridiculous for people that have to work especially if the job's physical. Who's got the time and surplus energy to workout, do 10, 000 steps and then go work a full day? Maybe suggest a regime that could fit in with getting the kids ready for school and holding down full time work?
