Tip for pushups that really hits chest: elevate your hands so you can go deeper. lean/rock forward as you go down and then back on the way up.

yo that video is good
although sprinting is not a perfect exercise for arms due to low intensity (try doing weightless curls and reach failure in 6-30 rep range)
