Since the shutdown I have been using various fitness channels. You are by far the most challenging for me. I am 64 and have had bilateral knee implants of 3 years. I did most of mine more modified than Claudia. I kept my heart rate up and kept moving. Guys I am envious of all the talking along with your physical effort. Phew!

Did this for 2nd time this month. I'd say 50 % of it was easier, for most exercises. I didnt have to fall back into modifications very often. But about 12-14 minutes into it when the cardio was really ramping up, I knew I was going to have to get into mind over mode . I was really slow for the last 40% of workout, but I didn't quit! When it gets really hard for me, I love hearing 'those that think they can't, and those that think they can are both right! There's no 'come back'/reply to that comment! And it doesn't matter what level you're at. There it is, , make a choice.

I have been doing your workouts in secret while my Hubby is at work, and he made a comment yesterday saying “hey honey you are looking good. There’s a difference in your body.” I replied “really? Thanks honey!” I’m not going to tell him what I’m doing just yet. He’s not a fan of working out with recorded workouts. I want to show him that they do work. Thank you for the challenging workouts!

I am such a big fan of these videos. I've been exercising for a long time but have been either bored of them (running/spin) or feel like they're just making me bulky (weightlifting!!) rather than toned. These workouts are fun, effective, and EXHAUSTING!! And you guys are so motivating. I feel like I'm starting to get in the best shape I've been in a long time. Thank you!
