Perfect Friday walk.. I chose low impact... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 424 calories... I also walked 6, 013 steps.. Have A Fab Friday My BG Peeps ☺️

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Only 2 movements I lost coordination but gut wrenching laughter works core too. Really enjoyed the boxing/kicking combo. Brought back memories early 90's. It was my thang. I'm 56 now and it still is. Thank you!
