I love your videos! You have helped me lose 40 pounds and now are helping me lose the next 25 in need gone. I stopped for awhile because I was getting obsessed with weight loss and losing myself, but listening to Coach's words and how it's okay to not be perfect, just keep working is helping me so I can reach my goal! I found your strength training series a few months after I started focus more on weight training than just running. I have been working out with you for almost 5 months now. I really enjoy every workout I did with you. I can fit to my schedule depending on how much time I have in the morning. What I love is your series provide different length of training so that I cannot find any excuse to say "oh, I don't have time today". I have been recommending you to friends I know. I haven't feel bored yet because of all the variety of exercises you included in every training. sometimes it takes me a while to decide which one I want to do. Thank you for all the great work and keep encouraging us to not quit!

best coachs ever!!! i've been doing those workouts for a month. i was 69 kg now im 66 and half fit :D i do these workouts everyday and even i saw you guys in my dream and we were doing workout (ok thats weird) but i love you guys soo much.

Along with the physical benefits, I also experienced other benefits with this workout. I had been suffering from insomnia-like conditions over the past few months. I was finding it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep and was getting only 3-4 hours of poor quality sleep every night. I did this Tabata workout last evening, and for the first time in months, I slept like a baby last night. Feeling really refreshed today ! Thank you. Looking forward to doing more tabata and full body workouts with Hasfit from now.
