Not only great for beginners but also for those living in apartments! I usually do the beginner versions (maybe with a tiny jump) to not disturb the neighbours.

Thanks for this Maddy, side by side is very helpful ❤️ If I'm allowed to give some feedback? Maybe think about changing the title: 'beginner' to modified, because performing an excercise without jumping doesn't always mean someone is a beginner. There can be many factors or reasons for people to modify the movement so that it's still manageable to work through a workout and maintain a proper form or posture. I love the jumping/ no jumping comparison to help exercises fit your needs. I’ve been training for nearly 15 years and still opt for the low impact exercise at times because that’s what feels good.
So don’t feel like a beginner just because jumping isn’t in your training today.

I’m just glad I found some cardio exercises without jumping. I injured my ankle last March and just started walking again, but I still can’t run or jump or do lunges correctly without falling or straining the ankle 😅

I stayed fit without standing!!! There’s a workout for everyone!
