I've stopped feeling bad about modifying, especially for low-impact. I have a spine injury that causes hip pain and there's no reason to jump when I don't have to! I learned a lot from yoga about how to be kind to myself and see modification as a way to help me succeed, not some roadblock to overcome.

I struggle with depression, fibromyalgia and IBS. I want to work out, but it often just feels like I don’t have the energy to manage the at-home workouts I see on youtube. Ironically, one of my majors in college was kinesiology.

Jo, your content has truly changed everything for me. I’ve set a goal to work out at least 15 mins a day, 5 days a week. If I feel like I can do more some days, great. If I can’t, that’s okay, too. I can’t thank you enough for the ease and accessibility of your workouts.

By the way, I also have celiac disease, and I was wondering if in the future you could add gluten-free to your meal plans in your app? I have a subscription and am working on cleaning up my diet. It’s still super simple, but with some GF options it’d be even easier. 💜

Combination...I always try to push myself but know my limits. If I see myself half doing something, I say "oh girl, you tried it...get right!" 🥴😌😁

Honestly depends on the day for me. I’ve struggled with health issues and I have good and bad days. Good days I can do advanced and still go to the gym and lift weights. Other days I can barely finish a modified one

I'm a bit of both. Most of the time I can od the advanced movements but if I'm tired or the movement is too difficult for me then I will modify just so I can keep moving my body.

I just love you, Jo! Thank you for the thoughtfulness and care you put into all of this. Certain moves I can't do, due to flexibility issues. Other moves I'm not supposed to do, due to an artificial hip and some balance challenges. However, there's a whole lot you offer that I CAN do and those other things I can modify!!!
