Okay I don't think you understand dude. I've had a muscle in my lower back that feels like it's moved over to the left and I have been trying FOR MONTHS to push it back, move it back, hot baths, heating pads, exercise, SERIOUS stretching - and then I saw one of your shorts and learned about dynamic movement. I had no clue, I always thought you had to be completely limp as a fish to stretch correctly. I got down on the floor and was like "fuck it im desperate" and repeated some of your movements and wouldn't ya know it - my back popped and the muscle feels like it went back where it's supposed to be. I'm so so so glad I came across your channel because I've been dealing with severe lower back pain my whole life and have tried everything. Everything except dynamic movement, which I had never even heard of til I saw some of your shorts.
I dont think you get it, I finally have movements and stretching I can do that actually help my back. Thank you for sharing your passion of movement and flexibility. I will in fact stay flexy now that I found your channel.

I love the simplicity of your videos, the fact that you wear normal clothes while showing these stretches and exercises, the way that you talk through everything in common everyday language is so helpful! I have always done these types of movements without even realizing how they are helping my body, it just feels good and now I am sharing your videos with my mom because at her age she feels like she "can't" exercise fully but your videos are absolutely things that she can do which will help her a lot. Thanks a bunch! <3

When I was 14 I had a 500lb shipment of lumber fall on me. This has legitimately helped me with my lower back in ways I didn’t think possible. I can stand straight for long periods without pain. I was already pretty flexible to begin with but this has just helped with my pain. 9 years after my injury and it’s helped massively with zero treatment

This dude seriously has a video and routine for every problem I have with my body. It's also nice that he emphases that you shouldn't be flexing to the point you feel pain. That's some thing I never took seriously as I typically train til failure and had the mindset that if I didn't feel some kind of pain, I'm making no progress. Likely why I have so many damn issues lol

Back pain is a normal family tradition that has been passed down from my mom's side along with my dad's side too, so I got (back pain)² but it is nice to come across this channel and help my future.

Just found your channel through your shorts. I have long covid and finally found a way of moving my body that makes me feel good, and doesn't cost me so much energy that there is none left to make myself diner. This is a lifesaver. Hope many others with long covid symptoms find your channel! ❤

I would love to see a video like this for the neck. I've been really enjoying your bite- sized, simple movement videos, and have already been seeing a difference in how mobile I am with less pain. Thank you!

Could an upper body, arm & wrist routine be done please?

It actually improved my condition. My muscles in the lower back were so tough that smallest breeze over my back would send me in a pain (that lasted for 7-10 days). Now I can crawl around my garden in a loose T-shirt, breeze blowing and I'm fine. Thank you!

I hurt my back even though I’m young a couple days ago, and this really helped me out! I’m vulnerable to lower back pain so along with your ten minute stretch routine I’ll also be doing this, thank you!!

I'm recovering from a severe knee injury and I've come to realize that physiotherapy is ideal for ALL types of join and muscle related pains. The tricky part is dedicating from one to two hours every other day to keep the progression ongoing.

I must tell you David how grateful I am for your videos. I watch and practice your exercises every single day. I have RH and the pain has actually decreased. I no longer use a cane everyday.

Holy crap.
Learning to stretch properly may be difficult for people like ME who have a reduced ability to distinguish between "negatively percieved" emotions.
I think that being extra mindful when you stretch may be a good way to teach yourself how to "take your temp", and tell "is this pain, or discomfort+panic due to decades of chronic pain and stress?"

That shit CARRIES OVER.

These videos have been so helpful to me. I appreciate your mini lessons. I especially liked this one. It's nice when you don't rush through the lesson and take a little more time. Peace.
