If you have severe lower back pain or tension, take 15 minutes to try out this lower back stretch. 🔥 This stretch was designed for people who frequently experience severe and dull lower back pain. The focus of this stretch is to loosen the muscles that interact with the lower back so that it is able to relax and stabilize: This includes the hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors, quads, t-spine and more. Just started a new job that has made my back pain worse. [had sciatica pain during pregnancy and maybe epidural made it worse too ] and now with this job I feel so much tension. This stretch helped me so much! It’s barely day 2 doing it but I’m going to make sure to do it every day! Thank you!

This is my workout routine:
Monday: Full body 45 minutes dumbbell workout (Juice & Toya)
Tuesday: Full body 45 minutes dumbbell workout (Juice & Toya)
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Full body 45 minutes dumbbell workout (Juice & Toya)
Friday: Full body 45 minutes dumbbell workout (Juice & Toya)
Saturday: Core strengthening workout 15 minutes (Juice & Toya)
Sunday: Shoulder and chest workout 15 minutes Dumbbells only (Fraser Wilson)

Yep, I like my workout routine and I'm getting stronger.
