Once, my husband told me that he finds it attractive how I shower and do my hair and put on a nice outfit every day. It hadn’t occurred to me that something I do to feel good and fresh every day would be seen as an attractive quality, if that makes sense. I never did it for him, just a normal part of my daily routine, but maybe that speaks to what you’re saying - taking good care of yourself makes you feel good, and that in turn can be attractive to the people around you.

You mentioned the Alter Ego in another video and this seriously saved my life after my husband and I split up and I moved out with our little son, no friends or family around. Financial, social, personal crisis, such a hard time, but my alter ego Isabell was just so strong and knew what to do. THANK YOU JILLZ❤️ Love from Germany

You know Jillz...now that I listen for the 2nd time, I paused it and went to the mirror. I just could not stop a long list of very intentional affirmations. It was so powerful. Even released still some sadness from a recent trigger, but it's very different when in that powerful state. Thank you!

Thank you, this was really helpful! I really loved “what patterns, choices and habits are keeping me here?” And “You are not obligated to be who you’ve always been”. I want to improve myself in 2025 and have been starting with mindset shifts so this is immensely helpful!

Hi Jillz!

Great video! I also REALLY, REALLY loved your vision board video!

I was hoping you could do a video on how to make friends or really how to make acquaintances INTO FRIENDS. You moved to Nashville relatively recently and it feels like you already have a good circle of friends. I have lived where I am for over 7 years and although I have people I can go to coffee or lunch with (or even be in a tennis group with!) it somehow never gets any farther than that. I would love a video on building closer friendship or even a friendship group (which many people around me seem to have---couples who get together regularly).

Thank you SO MUCH!

Hey Jill - I need to tell you... I have struggled all my life to learn and know some of the concepts you talk about here. I grew up super poor (plss poor - low income housing) with parents who were deadbeats and didn't really know this stuff themselves, let alone, how to teach it to us kids and I always dreamed of someday digging out of that lifestyle and making something of myself while creating a life worth living. The problem was - I didn't know what I didn't know so then I didn't know the questions I should be asking, I didn't know the concepts I was missing, I didn't know all those things that successful people teach their kids that I very definitely missed out on so as much as I tried and as hard as I worked at it, I just seemed to always stay in the same spot - always spinning my wheels and never being able to dig out of that rut of poverty that I so dreamed of moving on from. Crazy enough, this life has followed me into my 40's and here I am, still struggling but I've been praying about it and working very hard to overcome my holdbacks. Wildly enough, the Lord answered a big prayer for me this December 2024 when I got laid off at a job I absolutely hated. Where some people would have lost their minds over it (former me would have done this too), I was able to get unemployment for 12 wks and because of that, I am choosing to make the best of it. I am recognizing this as my chance to sit down and dig into some good YouTube videos and books and to really set sail on that journey toward becoming the person I've always wanted to be - including physically, mentally, financially, and everything in between. Yes, I've been watching a lot of financial freedom videos (mostly my favorite - David Greene Real Estate) but what I realized was that I was missing so much more than that financial aspect... I was missing the foundational life principles, processes, procedures - habits, systems, organizational skills. Nobody had ever even taken the time to teach me that and THAT is what I am realizing, I need first if I'm ever going to move beyond my current state of who I am as a person. I have watched a boat load of videos in my quest to learn these things and to help me work on my growth and development both personally and professionally but none of them have yet compared to the content you brought in this video. Thank you for sitting down and doing this and for keeping it on the middle shelf where most all of us can relate, understand the concepts, and then apply, and execute. I'd sure give the world for you to go back through and do a full video series that literally just takes us back to square one and teaches us those concepts that successful parents teach their kids that the rest of us are missing out on. Yes, we need the financial aspect and we'll get there - but at the moment, I desperately need the foundational basic concepts on just how to be a successful person as a whole in life, how to organize my time, how to set habits in motion... all those seemingly logical and "understood" concepts that not all of us got growing up. THIS is my chance to re-invent myself and who I am for the next 12wks while I' on unemployment. THIS is my chance to become the person I've always wanted to be but I need your help with a video series that just goes back to square one and teaches all those basics... (*** Disclaimer: I am working on getting my real estate agents license this next 12 weeks, as well as a Medical Risk Management certification (extremely hard course and test to pass) and then I am also doing a few other things so rest assured, I'm not sitting back or sitting still... this is just my chance that the Lord gave me to really dig in deep and re-invent myself life I've always wanted to). Thank you for putting this video together - out of all the content out there on this topic, this one is by far, the best one I've seen so far. Thank you soooo much!!
