I mix my Creatine into my gallon jug of water so I’m more inclined to get the sufficient amount of water so I get my creatine for the day.

Creatine has been insane for me....with just like 5g a day im able to do the same workout volume for 2 plus hours as my gym bro who was on the sauce....sleep went from 8 hours of light sleep to 6 hours of uninterrupted deep sleep after which i woke up fully refreshed

was doing 5g for years. damn near routine, then one of my homeboys bumped up to 10 and told me, i haven’t looked back sense and added significant poundage on squat bench and deadlift!

I always had a really significant response to creatine. Made my muscle endurance on rock climbing go way up. I've always just loaded with 10 for a week and come down to 5

I've tried to get on creatine several times (5g), but every single time I got intestinal bleeding. I was over-hydrating as well to make sure it wasn't that. Upwards of 6 liters of water a day, plus extra electrolytes.

Done 5 grams for years, recently upped to 10 and definitely noticed changes. Didn't change water intake, still around 4L water + 0.5L milk (shake) per day.

I was a non responder at 5g. Even with sufficient water intake. 10-15 grams was the sweetspot

Im taking 2 months off creatine just to get back down to baseline levels and to see if the 20ish pounds i put on in the last few years is fat/muscle or largely water from the creatine. Then of course i can get back on and maybe even try the 10 gram dose since I did not notice huge boosts to strength or endurance from being on creatine as it is supposed to help with.

I mean, im a 220 lbs natural and active bb. Tried over 30 g a day for a month didnt see anything different than 5 g a day

I think brand, origin, and purity play a big part! I’ve tried at least a handful of brands lately using a whole tub each time trialing and some have more/ different effects than others I believe.

in fact, I take 15 grams every day because I'm very tall and big. Otherwise, I don't feel anything at all (even though I drink a lot of water)
