Don’t take it with preworkout. Caffeine is direretic and it just kinda flush’s through your system. Take it post workout with cereal or in a shake.

I’ve been taking 5g per day every single day for the past 2 months, along with 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Muscle growth and overall feeling of being satiated/full has never been better in my life. A clean, high protein diet with creatine every day is an absolute game changer imo, I wish I would’ve started doing it years ago.

You can actually add a scoop of it into your pre-workout right before you work out because taking it 30 minutes prior to a workout will increase your intensity

I take it every morning 8-10am and when I do my intense late/midday workout 1:00pm-6:30pm because personally my sleep is crap so the first one increases my recovery and stops me from feeling tired, second gives a slight energy boost and increased my recovery rate so even if I could move straight after the workout the next time guaranteed recovery and no soreness
