Higher resting creatine levels have also shown to have benefits for brain function and memory retention. It’s not just for people who lift weights.

I have been taking creatine for 25yrs on and off. The last 6 months i have not cycled off and coincidentally haven't had any injuries in this time, lifting more than I've lifted all throughout my 40s. I'm 48 and feel the strongest I've felt in 10yrs. I have nothing bad to say about it!

Absence of studies does not imply lack of symptoms. Creatine and hair loss has never had an official study, and there are thousands of anecdotes saying it caused thinning. Being a doctor doesn't give you an "I'm always right" stamp

I took creatine when I was working out. Only took it serious for a solid 6 months. But I can say, it did wonders. Just solid results on my workouts and I felt great

I knew this back in 1995 when creatine monohydrate came out in the market and was sold as a supplement in stores. I think it is one of the safest and more effective supplements for bodybuilding. I took it for 12 years until i stopped working out. I still take it again once i start working out again.

I took creatine and had bloods come back with low kidney function and I don’t drink or do drugs or steroids. Creatine was the only explanation, you have to really hydrate because it does affect your kidneys
