The 2 week loading phase has always been a recommendation when starting out on Creatine, it even says so on many of the packages, as for the reps themselves, the difference in most of them is so negligible that it would be impossible to say whether the overdosing worked with the exception of the squats, that was a fairly big jump to be fair.

If you're below 180 puounds, 5g a day is more than enough; more than 180 pounds, 10g will do wonders. Creatine DOES work when taken properly. Overdose will cause diarrhea and dehydration. Water consumption IS A MUST when taking it. I've been training for 30 years, most of those under the influence of AAS and never gave creatine a chance. Been on creatine for more than a year and I can say that I´m never taking steroids again unless it's a hormonal imbalance but my levels are fine. Creatine will be my first and only choice for the rest of my training days on this earth.

FYI anyone starting creatine, DONT do a loading phase just take the normal amount of scoops from the start and you’ll get the same results, only thing a loading phase does is shorten the time between buying the next tub

Important to note that overuse of creatine monohydrate can be hard on the kidneys, so if high dosage use like this is done over time I would recommend checking your bloodwork. Great vid 👍

To be fair, if you already take creatine daily, but at the same time noticed this much of a difference during a loading phase, you should maybe consider taking 5g a day instead of 3g.
I doon't know your bodyweight, but I've always heard that the recommended dose is 5g, and if you're a bigger person/experienced lifter, then taking 3g might be on the lower end of what is the optimal dose.
I personally take 6g a day, there's really no reason for me to take 6g instead of 5g except the fact that I sometimes forget to take creatine, or don't have it available. so taking 6g 6x a week should in theory be as good as taking 5g 7x a wek (yeah, I know this probably doesn't make a difference, but it's what I'm doing)
