"Perhaps" is the key word here.. So if it's your first time taking creatine.. Don't go 15 grams.. If u plan to take it daily.. Maybe after 3-6 nonths

I'm a 63 yr old who used to body build but now I want to stay healthy but recover a little faster. I'm wanting to use creatine for fast recovery. I'm 5'10" and 150lbs and a breast cancer survivor. Is this a good idea for me?

I’m 140 pounds. Just started taking between 6-10 grams of creatine. Let’s see how this goes.

Is he talking about the loading phase or just in general after your muscles are saturated? You're still supposed to take 10-15 grams per day after saturation if you weight more than 185lbs?

190lbs 5’ 11” M started 15g regularly and working out 2 times a day for 2 months 1hr sessions each (I don’t work out like a animal) I’m currently 208lbs lost fat and gained 18lbs of muscle. I’ve been telling people to up their creatine intake but space it throughout the day. Calculate it online with how much you weigh

I heard that you should take creatine with a bit of sugar. Is eating hard a jar of Nutella per day appropriate?

What’s crazy is I got pretty awesome results just taking 5grams per day with no loading phase I have 0 idea what taking 10 grams would do

I started taking creatine a week ago. Been on a weight loss journey for about a month but with focus on gaining muscle and losing the weight slowly. My weights been consistently staying around 276-280s since I started creatine yesterday I weighed 300 😂😂😂 but the good news is my clothes are fitting better today I weight myself (had an intense workout last night) and I was 296 moral of the story is idk wtf I’m doing but I feel like it’s working will post again in a month I been takin just 5 grams of creatine and my body feels fkin great even with the soreness

Im 187 right now. So take 10 to 15g of creatine daily.. got it. Does that mean I should amp up the loading phase to 30g to 40g per day for a week? Every video says to take 20g per day

I knew it. I dont notice much difference in terms of thirst on 5 grams and pretty much drink pop coffee and everything else. On 10 grams s it works better and I crave more water. Also I split it. 10 grams at once, for me, makes me feel funky and I dont like it.

110 lbs here (probably from the creatine)
took 15 grams per day for loading and last 2 days of loading then I should maintain.

Can't say for sure, but after I stopped taking it I'd felt like my endurance had become even worse than before I started that 1-2 months cycle.
