Jump Rope Workout – 5 Minute Jump Rope Finisher by Crossrope
Today's we're showing you a five-minute workout finisher to help you burn maximum calories at the end of your workout. The format for this finisher is very straightforward and very effective. It's going to be five minutes including rest intervals. The first minute is going to be near maximum effort, with a weighted rope, preferably the 1/2 pound rope. This will be followed by 60 seconds of rest. The second and third rounds will the same! On the rest periods, you can either rest or make it an active rest period by swinging your rope or continuing to move around
