Wow...I tried this just right now and couldn't finish it. I have an underlying condition and I am gonna do this 5 minute exercise until I get better and better...thank you for this dudes 👍

I’ve been doing 10 minutes instead of 5 and I already lost a good amount of weight from this it’s only been 6 days!
Now I’m at 15!

Note to my fellow busty girls: Wacoal makes GREAT high impact bras. They are kinda pricey... but the support is real and they are durable. I'm a 34H (US) and can comfortably run, jump, and all around try to defy gravity. I saw someone mention Walmart. I tried, I hurt, I stopped. Invest in a good quality and properly fitting workout bra, whatever brand it is, and let's do the thing!

I did it!!!! I have never jump roped in my life (not really saying much, because I’m only 14) I got a jump rope just because of your Channel, and I only did one workout, but so far I love it!!! Thank you!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻

I thought this would truly be a 5 min workout until I saw "Complete 5 of these" 😂 I still did the 5x5 and felt it was just challenging enough for a beginner 💪 Thank you

I started with 20 min in the morning and 20mins at night basically 8sets with a hour of just dance Monday threw Friday I lost 3lbs I am keep this up thanks

I had done this workout a few times before, but never repeated it 5 times. And finally today, I finished it, the whole 5 times repetition. I'm exhausted, not gonna lie. But it's totally worth it! Thank you for sharing this workout!

I’ve been watching and following your workouts daily for the last two weeks. I started at 63 kgs and now I’m down to 60.5 kgs. After only two weeks of doing 5-10 minute workouts daily. Your workouts have been the most effective I’ve experienced and I’ve done a lot of workouts, classes, boot camp, etc. You guys are amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I'm in! I know for a fact this is a butt kicking workout. I like a challenge and getting fit. By the way, I am 60 y/o male, who lost 33 lbs in about a year by lifting weights, riding a bicycle and eating 6 times a day. I'll Keep moving and working my body, I'll rest when I'm dead.

After two weeks of jumping rope, my calves are practically useless I can’t walk, I can’t drive, but I should say that the results are coming fast, I feel lighter, with more endurance and my colon (I’m sick) feels just like new. Great work guys, keep it up with the motivation for us

Hey Dan and Brandon! I just did the first self initiated /structured work out of my life (other than running) and it was inspired by this video! I did the work out in the video and had a really good time and challenge! I started do rope skipping yesterday and now I wanna do your beginner routine but before the first circuit ends, My head is already dizzy and I'm breathing heavily. I hope after a week doing this, I'll be able to do 5x circuits. Thanks for your videos man, really helpful
