I started doing this exercise last week, every other day, and I can see that I am improving. Thank you for reminding us that at this stage we should for us in the form and technique. I am tripping much less. 😁

Is 5 mins enough for losing weight? And can this be done in the evening? The hard part is getting into the rhythm of doing it atleast 5 days a week. I do it for 15mins once a week and i feel so drained the next day that I do it only after a week again.
