Thank you, I’ve been experiencing pain for the past couple of weeks, I’m going to implement this today

Hack: Use bigger (heavier) dumbbells so they touch your body before your shoulder goes too far back.

I’m still not completely solid yet but this man’s videos have exponentially improved my lifting experience

Also rear delt raises. A lot of people have front delts overpowering rear delts. Burn the crap out of your rear delts.

This contradicta all that stuff about dumbbell bench having the rom advantage over barbell because barbell hits your chest.

Aaron, thx for the video. I made an interesting observation on myself. Year over year I performed much more overhead pressing than chest pressing and always had healthy shoulders. Because of some back issues I changed this for awhile and doing 30 degree incline DB pressing as the only heavy pressing 2 x a week, and no overheadwork. After 5 weeks I got pain in the side on the left upper arm, right in the area where the delts connect to the upper arm. It was getting worse over time and when I start pressing it felt like ligaments snapping. I could do my pressing and in the beginning it was only during exercise but then I felt it also on my rest days, not big pain but smaller pain when raising the left arm laterally. Soft tissue work did not help. Now I found when I do standing dumbbell pressing, only 3-4 sets with light dumbbells, the pain is going away, today first day no pain after only 2 times I practiced that. It’s like a miracle, always when I make some DB standing presses Its getting much much better. Just for my curiosity, what is the reason for that?

If the issue is going too low, wouldn't you want to widen your grip?
