Do a video on how important tempo is in training.
People genuinely do not understand the concept of eccentric vs concentric movement and how simple rythym and timing can improve the ability to reach failure safely.

Yuppp! I’ve done this prior to seeing this video and I can tell you, 50 lbs dumbbells will feel like 80’s. I was the most sore I’d ever been and knew I’d been doing it the easy way just to move heavier weights. I’ve been working out for about 20 years with a couple amateur bodybuilders shows. I thought I knew what I was doing, but what I’d been doing for years was what I was taught by other guys in the gym and just stuck with it because I’d gotten results. Try something different and it’ll broaden your knowledge

It will fuck you up. I have done this for 3 weeks and my range of motion is so much better after a huge amount of time having issues with my shoulders.

This guy is so ridiculously right all the time it's....ridiculous.
For ages I've struggled doing dips after a shoulder injury. Being careful not to go too low as I'd heard it's bad for your shoulder. Listening to him he's like, bull, go LOOOWW! I've done exactly that and f* me it's worked! Shoulder pain gone. Dip skills now amazing!
