It's astounding to me how little the lymphatic system is discussed in both medical and naturopathic circles. There are some who talk about it, but for the most part it is overlooked and underappreciated. It is, after all, only THE most important function of filtration, detoxification, purification and healing in the entire human body. There is more lymph fluid than blood in the human body for a reason. Dr. Samuel West was a pioneer for health, healing and lymphatics in this field. Keep that lymph moving always to assure optimal health and healing. Thank you to this amazing woman for being on top of it. Bravo!

Love how you give natural alternatives verses putting people on prescribed drugs, that can in turn cause an effect on your organs after years of taking

I personally use ginger, turmeric, garlic, healthy fats and I drink dandelion tea. I have at least one of these items per day. I am working on improving my intake. From time to time I have cranberries, citrus fruits and fermented foods and I'm trying very hard to increase my intake of them as well.😁

This was so interesting, and helpful! I love how most of these foods can help the body in so many ways, and I didn't know they also aided with lymph drainage. I recently went through some health issues, and have had swollen lymph glands for months, so this is perfect timing for me. Thank you so much for sharing!

I suffer from eczema and started juicing ginger + turmeric + pineapple before watching this video! The swelling in the eczema effected area went down in about 2 days. It’s not completely clear yet because there’s some underlying issues my functional doctors are helping me tackle, but I can confirm the foods you mentioned help a lot and I will continue to incorporate what you’ve mentioned. Great video!

I love garlic! I put it on almost everything. I do eat sauerkraut every day. I also take a milk thistle/dandelion supplement. I also eat healthy fats daily like today I had half an avocado. I use turmeric supplement for pain/inflammation as needed. My husband takes a ginger supplement. I have some ginger. I think I’ll make a tea.

Thank you for the information.
