hi roberta. i have a complicated question. so i used to be overweight but i happily lost around 7-8 kilos. then when i got comfortable i started eating normally. (like without diet and whatnot) then i started gaining weight again.please help me roberta, i cant eat in a comfortable way without gaining weight! tell me what i should do
