2 lbs Groundbeef
1/2 white onion diced
1/2 green bell pepper diced
5 garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley (optional)
2 eggs
1 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup whole milk
2 slices bread
2 TBSP Morton's Season All seasoned salt
1 TBSP Mc Cormick Salt Free garlic & herb seasoning
1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (may use a little less if preferred)
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper

Glaze
1/3 Cup barbecue sauce (I used sweet baby rays)
1 TBSP ketchup
1/2 TBSP mustard
1 tsp brown sugar

Meatloaf is consistently the one dish I most miss since moving to the desert SW years ago. I'll definitely give your recipe a try. And yes, mashed potatoes to pair! Yum.

Just made this today and it was the best meatloaf I have ever made. My previous meatloafs were bland and lacked the great taste that this meatloaf has. Looking forward to making more of Delilah's dishes in the future.

Im hugry now and yes sweet baby rays is the best bbq sauce. I discovered the yellow sweet babyrays it taste like gold fever from the 99 which is bbq sauce and mustard as far as i can tell
