Today I made a delicious easy MEATLOAF RECIPE for Sunday supper. This is an easy recipe and you can top it with ketchup, bbq sauce or leave as is.

RED POT

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Ground Beef ( I used 93/7 ratio)
1 small onion
1 tsp season all salt (or plain salt)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (in the video there is a typo)
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 large egg

***Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 50 to 55 minutes

I just made this-and let me tell ya-WOW! It was sooo delicious!! I seasoned the top of the meatloaf with more season all and garlic powder before I put in the oven and it was great. Also made the homemade gravy! Everything was delicious. Never a disappointment!! Thanks girl! 🥰

This is still my number one ML recipe that I have been making for almost a year. I do cover the top with tomato sauce just because my wife likes it? I prefer it without the sauce but I have been married for 45 years and learned to keep the wife happy!!!
Desert tonight is my special Eskimo pie hot fudge sundae!!

This looks wonderful I often use some salsa in my meatloaf. The onions, peppers, and tomatoes are all there and it makes it so moist. Perfect comfort food with mashed potatoes and peas. Yum.

I use bread cubes and milk instead of the bread crumbs. I cut 2 to 4 slices of white bread into small cubes and then incorporate the cubes and milk into the meat. Every thing else is the same. My method is just a variation. Good video.

Thanks for the nice recipe. I made some additions. I put grated carrots in it, and two strips of bacon on top. I like it a little more well done also. Further, I use 80/20 and it comes out great.

i love your stress free way of cooking, its not brain surgery. your meatloaf was great when i made it I make several variations based on what i have, like i've substituted quick oats for the bread crumbs. meat loaf is a very versatile comfort food!

Made this Meat Loaf for dinner tonight. Easy to make and delicious! Both my wife and my sister-in-law loved it! It is a keeper!

This is practically how I make mine. No ketchup slathered on top either (don't like it at all). I used my own blended garlic seasoning, added some italian sausage, used bread instead of bread crumbs and added a large chopped habañero pepper. It was perfect and juicy!

Great topping for meatloaf: bacon slices on the top stretched out, you put it on in the beginning. Delicious ....another one is making a combo of ketchup and brown sugar and spread all over the top 10-15 minutes before the loaf is done. Some people like more brown sugar, some prefer more ketchup. The sweet of this and savory of the meat loaf in a great combo. Give it a try.😉

Sunday suppers were always special at my house growing up, and until my kids were out of the house, I did it also. My mom was such a wonderful cook. My favorite was pork roast with mashed potatoes and gravy with green beans or carrots. This brings me back. Nothing better than a good meatloaf and the sandwichs the next day. Thanks again

I tried this recipe and my family loved it! Letting the meatloaf rest made all the difference. It held together very well. Will make it again for sure!

This looks great. I do a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom of the pan and drizzle some olive oil and garlic and rosemary. For the actual load i use a triple mix (Like meat balls) Beef veal and pork. Then i add ketchup, dijon mustard, Worcestershire and soy sauce some caramelized on. A package of Knorr vegetable soup mix, two eggs, bread crumbs and pepper No salt because of the other ingredients which have plenty of sodium Comes out nice and moist!!!

I put potato wedges and baby carrots and wedges a cabbage just any kind of different vegetable you want to put around the meatloaf and put foil over it when you bake it then you've got a meal and one pan and it is awesome. I use the Mrs dash original blend seasoning all over my vegetables.

We are going to try this recipe. It is similar to what we've been doing but I like to try new things and so does he. What I really liked about the video is I used what I had and like you seem to be suggesting, don't go out and be fine things, use what's in your cupboard like your loaf pan or The spices you have in the cupboard. I like how you use your hands and you mix it until it looks right. I bet everybody loves your food!!!!thanks for sharing your recipes.

I'm from Trinidad and Tobago. I've never seen meatloaf made here by anyone I know but I'm definitely going to try this recipe. It looks delicious.

Like your approach to meatloaf....make it often. I use raw chopped onion, add sliced bell pepper and mushrooms. Also leftovers go into the freezer, sliced and wrapped. Use a slice when making spaghetti perfectly! Has all the basic ingredients.
