For those who are asking, when it comes to exercise and pregnancy, if the mom-to-be was physically active before getting pregnant, it is very likely safe for her to remain active during pregnancy. Basically, expectant moms should keep doing what they’ve been doing and slow down and modify their workouts as needed. While it's usually OK to stick with a modified version of an existing workout routine, if you are pregnant, be sure to consult with your doctor before starting something new.

Guys please, stop telling Anna to be careful and that you're worried about her. I know you don't mean it in a bad way and that you all love her (bc she is awesome <3 ).
Nevertheless, trust her! She knows what she's doing. She's been working out for so long that her body is already used to it and there is no way she could harm herself or the baby by doing this kind of cardio/light weight/yoga workout. Also, I believe she must have discussed this with her doctor who knows much better than anyone here what she should and should not be doing.

How would you feel if you were doing smt you love and ppl would keep telling you how worried they are? Losing motivation? Starting to get worried as well?
Let's support this magnificent lady by telling her how inspiring this is instead! <3

These workouts are filmed and edited quite a while before release. We don't even know if Anna was pregnant by the time. So no worries, she'll be JUST FINE! Thank you Popsugar and thank you, Anna! You're great. Xoxox

I'm an Anna, Jake, Ranier, and Jeanette fan. I don't usually go for the dance workouts but this one was SO FUN! Perfect for a lighter day when you want to get in cardio, strength, and stretching. Perfect way to start a day. :)

Late to the party but I love this workout! I do it at least once a week. I hate cardio but with this once i’m over the cardio it switches to yoga which makes it much more manageable and I never quit. Love Sydney!

Absolutely love this combo of yoga and aerobic as yoga is usually so boring! bring on more with this instructor - loved her! This is a nice one for when you want more of a stretch day than an intense workout. A great one to add in to my week!

Bring her again with this type of music...I love these kinda dance workouts rather than just jumping around... its so rythmic and am thrilled to do the Justin bieber and pumping move eventho my hearts pumping out of my head 😍❤️❤️
