A smart scale is needed to measure what percentage of fat. A person has then subtract that fat from their weight and that's how much they actually weigh with muscle and skeletal structure. Then base your protein intake and Calorie intake off that weight. Remember fat doesn't need nutrition. Fasting, weight lifting and a form of cardiovascular exercise is needed to break the long chains of carbohydrates known as fat. Be consistent.

This makes sense to me. I have been using my current weight as my protein target and I have to force myself to eat so much protein on a 1400 calorie. I also gain the weight back. I am constipated and extremely bloated. I felt like I was eating too much protein.
