Arnold Swardenigger recommended 2G of protein per Lb body weight.

Losing/dropping body fat %, not body weight, through cardio/weight lifting and a proper diet is what people must learn of.

2 different exersize programs for 2 weeks each with and without cardio, heavy weights with low reps for 2 weeks and light weights high reps with cardio for 2 weeks.

It's the ABCDE diet and training method.

I need 0 complete proteins from either animal or plant sources. Anybody that has studied nutrition knows that calorie deposit is not a healthy way to burn fat.
That theory is about 50 years outdated.
