I think your calculation is based on actual protein content of the protein item vs total weight of the protein item being weighed?? because 3.35 OZ of protein for a 150lb person seems quite low per day??

I've been watching your vids and it has helped so much. I'm 5'3 and 260lbs after 3 kids. My goal is 200, although I'll still be considered over weight I don't intend to be skinny.

It seems like there is probably some upper limit to this. if a person weighs 350, and has moderate activity, they should have 223 g of protein per day. That seems like an awful lot of protein.

Are there formulas for other nutrients? Like, how much fiber do I need? How much sugar can my body handle per day? What about sodium, cholesterol, magnesium... I hope there are formulas for all the things 😃

I had a nutritionist tell me that for my age I should be getting 60 grams a day. But I’m a large person, so if it’s based on weight I need way more!
