Whenever I’m trying to lose fat, these low calorie foods make dieting so much easier.

I like eating drained tuna steak from a can. Approx 150cals per can, loads of protein. Carrot sticks and sugar snap peas are good staples too ❤

I like them all except popcorn, for some reason i am not a fan of popcorn i do like yogurt w my berries, plus chia seeds flax seeds and muesli or tiny bit of granola.. and seafood since they are low cal and high protein, albeit expensive.. chicken is cheaper. Hot sauce, i almost finished my sriracha, need another one 😂

Just watch the cholesterol in any shellfish. Fish are a better option particularly oily fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel.

Popcorn is good but I would skip the butter and have spices instead. I would have it with cayenne pepper and bring water with me. Call me insane 😂
