here’s proof that you can be fit & NEVER count calories -- this is what I eat in a day as a college student that doesn't focus on weight loss or looking a certain way -- I just listen to my hunger cues and enjoy all foods with balance! maybe I should do a 10000 calorie challenge one day though LOL it might be fun

She doesn’t need to track calories because she’s already eating small portions of healthy food. You can tell just by looking at it that she’s not going over her calories limit.

For a college student, she sure has a lot of free time🗿 What the hell is this heavenly major?

Tracking is usually frowned upon, but it actually helps me make sure I’m eating enough and get an understanding about my food in general. Do whatever works for you

Eating intuitively and staying fit only works if you have good relationship with food. Otherwise either track your calories or focus only eating whole foods. For me eating whatever I want meant binge so I could never 😂😭

High protein, lots of vegetables, unprocessed, eat no more than three times a day, move more and you don't need to track and can eat till you burst! BTW bread and pasta is processed!

You don’t have to count because all you have to do is maintain. Speaking as an obese person, who is 35 pounds down and continuing, losing weight is the healthiest thing I can do for myself.

That’s a lot of free time and money for a college student lol

Do you ever had a day where you don't feel like cooking? I have a few of those and I'm thinking about cooking all the food for the week in a day I feel more energized.

You don’t need to track your calories all the time. The whole purpose of calorie tracking is to get an idea of your daily calorie consumption. Once you get an idea of what you usually eat, you don’t need to count your calories after that

If eating "everything you want" means only eating healthy food 3-4 times a day, of course you're gonna be at a healthy weight lol.

This is the kind of thing I always promote to people that want to go on a diet. Often times, dieting completely burns people out & they go back to eating like crap. When you learn to cook well portioned meals with whole foods, you do not need to count calories or adopt a strict diet. A lot of healthy meals are really delicious when you make them right. No need to count calories, just don’t stuff your face with crap. I grew up such a picky eater and in the past few years have started to enjoy a lot more foods, anybody can do this. All it takes is some effort to learn a few recipes, grocery shop & cook. It’s really not hard at all.

Here’s proof that YOU can be fit and never count calories. It works for you to eat what you want, but everyone’s different (natural appetite, metabolism, self-control, set-point, etc.)

This all looks so good!!! Also cooking all your own food is a good thing already since it stimulates you and most importantly you know exactly what you’re eating
