I have been doing intermittent fasting for last 4 months .now I am lean and my height is also increase from 5"7feet to 6"1 at age 20- 21.with 1.5 month of exercise between IF .it is like a magic.

i do a 20 hour fast each day of the working week eating on meal a day. I eat two meals on the weekend.

I’ve black and have been doing intermittent fasting including one 24 hour fast weekly, for about a month and my hair is noticeably longer and thicker. IF is AMAZING! It must be the human growth hormone.🇨🇦
