I’ve lost weight slowly, 40kg, and still after a few years put allot of it back on. Either way you can still gain the weight back if you stop eating and training properly. I think the 800 is good for people with allot of excess because fast results are encouraging.

I tried his fast 800 keto. Day 4 i was light headed, dizzy and almost collapsing when standing. Then I broke loose and went on the biggest pig fest of my life. 😢

He only does (did it) it twice a week though. You won’t slow your metabolism from that. In fact if you eat even more calories on days not doing it you will stoke your metabolism.

You do have to be restrictive to keep it off, that’s the reality

You only do it 2 unconsecutive days in the week. Duh.
