Glad to see an update, I've been have questions lately, been Fasting since Dr MM first got the word out... what is the prefect way to Fast, and is it individualistic or everyone the same... I've gotten a lot of people to Fast, but they come up with there own ways of Fasting, and I can tell it not right, by just looking at there bodies.. they may lose the weight, but... Well, don't want this to be to long... but 5-2 Diet, and Diet for lack of a better word, like Dr MM said.    Is the Way, as far as I know...

oh, want to add, when they do the 5-2, and not coming up with another way of Fasting, I can tell they are doing it right, by just the way there body is shaped... It's 5-2 people... and the last person that I finally got to Fast,  did the 5-2... I was shocked how good she looked, and I was dumbfounded how good she looked for someone over 50... and I was telling the wife, how good she looked, I was still dumbfounded talking to the wife about it... and then it hit me... she doesn't just look good, she looked Sexy... and yes I said it to the wife.. lol  and she only lost 45 pounds then, and was a large big women... and looked sexy...
