UK v sad from loss of Dr Michael Mosley & incoming winter of discontent Labour Gov't. A few metres from safety of beach cafe bar may have feinted from heat stroke or tripped & hit head death on rocks in horrid heat. He just couldnt get over the fence.

Its worse that he was so close to safety. He could gave survived by drinking a bit more water at pedi town & resting in shade for a few minutes or having a bigger whiter umbrella etc.
He nearly made it.
My nice mate is gone.
It Feels similar to
deaths of Sports Champs Bobby Moore & Bob Willis & Alan Ball.
All gone too soon.

This 800 diet is so dumb. Like other restrictive diets as soon as you go back to your normal calorie eating the weight comes back on.
But what would you expect from a guy who doesn’t know enough to stay out of the sun and dies because of it.
